Our Speak Freely channel offers a possibility to alert the company about suspicions of misconduct in confidence. It is an important tool for reducing risks and maintaining trust in our operations by enabling us to detect and act on possible misconduct at an early stage. Whistleblowing can be done by any person, from inside or outside of the organization, openly or confidentially.
When to use the Speak Freely?
You can use the Speak Freely to communicate suspicion of misconduct that is against our Code of Conduct, for example, Safety deficiencies in the workplace Fraud or corruption Serious forms of discrimination, and harassment Environmental crimes.

We respect those who want to communicate anonymously. Therefore, we offer a channel for anonymous communication, provided by a third-party, WhistleB. The third-party solution safeguards confidentiality and protects sensitive data.
