Access Rules
General Access Rules
Once any individual (employee, external, or visitor) receives an access badge, they must follow these mandatory rules:
- Badge must be visible at all times.
- Only use the badge during the authorised schedule.
- Do not share the badge or allow others to use it.
- Do not use the badge to let others in (tailgating and/or badge transfer are prohibited).
- Only access authorised areas — respect your granted scope.
- Report any lost or stolen badge immediately.
- Do not photograph, record (video and/or sound), or scan anything inside CTW premises unless explicitly approved.
- Do not remove any equipment or information from the premises without formal authorisation.
- Respect the confidentiality of any CTW information accessed.
- Return the badge at the end of the visit or contract
Profile-Specific Rules
Visitors
- Badge must be returned at the end of the visit, revoking access automatically.
- Movement within the office, only allowed if accompanied by an employee.
- Visitors must be informed of all these rules by the employee receiving them.
External Workers / Suppliers
- Badge gives access only to relevant areas for service delivery.
- Must maintain entry points locked during and after work.
- Subject to periodic review if granted access to secure areas.
Internal Employees
- Badge typically grants unrestricted access to common areas, but:
- Access may be adjusted with department changes;
- Must still register as a visitor and get a temporary badge (Pilgrim) if they forget their main one.
Secure Area Access Holders (Staff or Visitors)
- May only access these zones if explicitly authorised.
- Using mobile devices with recording capability is prohibited.
- Any form of recording (audio/video) requires:
- Prior email request with justification;
- Written approval from the area owner;
- Retention of approval for audit purposes.
