It’s a journey. It begins with values and principles and is driven by all levels within the organisation. At CTW, our culture is defined by the degree to which people have freedom, willingness and autonomy to experiment and make decisions on their own.

We also believe that a successful agile culture contributes to increasing the happiness levels at work by encouraging team and individual autonomy, self-direction, mastery and purpose.

Nurturing culture relies on everyone’s ability to articulate their story. Stories are the foundation that propagates culture through the organisation.
