Despite its recent formation, it includes some of the most seasoned teams within the organization. It's said that the inception of Critical TechWorks can be traced back to the early projects now housed within this unit. Specializing in infotainment services, this team plays a crucial role in developing and supporting the systems embedded in vehicles, alongside the MyBMW and MyMini mobile applications.

Supported by João Pedro Pinto, the unit spans eight diverse projects, with operations extending from Portugal to Brazil, thanks to the collaboration of a dedicated team based there.
